Travel Bass
The UB Travel Bass combines the tone and playability of our Deluxe models with a removable neck for secure and convenient travel. The Travel Bass has a slightly shortened body with
regular scale length and is lightened throughout. Our focus was to build
the best musical instrument possible with the advantages of neck adjustability -
the result is a bass so resonant and engaging to play that you'll remember it's
built for travel only when it's time to pack it in the flight case.
The UB Travel Bass system uses an interlocking high-strength aluminum
joint in the neck block which allows the neck to be removed and replaced with
perfect fit and precision.
The system also allows for direct, instant adjustability of your string
height and action! Using the hex key at the back of the neck joint, you
can dial in exactly the string action you require for any musical style, feel or
season. (note: the neck key is removable)
Good bye bridge risers. Controlling the string height from the
neck joint allows for the
