This is a fine example of a 1925 Bohemian Double Bass. This bass has been used for the past 15 years by a full time performing Jazz bassist in Connecticut. The string length is 41.5 inches. This bass was fully restored in 1990. Since then a new thick ebony fingerboard and the neck hieght projection increased both by Bill Merchant. This bass has the original neck and scroll and has been expertly set up.
