This instrument polish is formulated to bring back that shine and luster that your violin, viola, cello or double bass once had. Can be used to polish any fine wood finish (one bottle included in purchase price, not 3 units as pictured)

Description

Shouldn’t your bass shine as brightly as your playing does? Oils and sweat from our hands and rosin dust can be damaging to our beloved instruments and can even lead to costly repairs if left unchecked.  Clef Restorative Cleanser & Polish is used daily at Upton Bass String Instrument Co. on nearly every instrument that comes through our door.

Upton Bass came up with its own secret recipe.  This polish is all natural, made in small quantities and developed to be tough on rosin residue, finger oil, and any other build-up.  It will not harm even the finest of finishes while helping to protect your instrument from further damage.  A once a month cleaning with Clef Restorative Cleanser & Polish Old No.1 will keep the finish of your bass, cello, viola, or violin in tip top shape.

For use on all fine wood finishes.

Contents 2 oz.  Just shake well and apply sparingly with a clean, soft cloth.  A little of this instrument polish goes a long way.

A great instrument polish that we are proud to make, sell and use!

I used Old No. 1 to clean and polish a ’57 Kay M1 I found in a thrift shop of all places and was soundly impressed. Years of dust and dirt came out of the finish leaving a beautiful deep glow to the wood. You can even see a little flaming in the grain. This is a great product.
